Can I use natural-language commands on every paid plan?
Yes. Personal, Professional and Business include supported commands through the web, linked WhatsApp and Slack: email checking and search, reviewed drafts, calendar tasks, reminders, rules and more. Connection setup, permissions and usage allowances apply. Slack requires an owner/admin-installed workspace where enabled and a verified member connection; web forms and channel buttons differ.
Are all tools and languages automatically available?
Core entitlements are listed for each package. Mailbox label/folder tools, attachment text analysis and automatic action-reminder delivery require separate enablement. Hindi, Hinglish, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam are a pilot for summaries, suggested replies and selected commands; the interface remains in English. A larger package does not automatically enable a pilot or provider permission.
A separate voice-command pilot accepts English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam through linked WhatsApp and private Slack chats where enabled. Replies are written, and approvals must be typed. Slack needs file-reading permission. Voice is not automatically enabled with any package.
Is Microsoft Teams available?
Private Teams delivery supports digests, briefings, agendas and reminders. It requires administrator installation, a verified personal connection and Teams delivery enabled for your organization. Buying a plan does not automatically enable it. Use LuHoCh on the web for commands and actions. After linking, use Connection tools to check the connection or send a test; choose Teams in delivery preferences and save. Action reminders have a separate opt-in in Follow-ups.
Is this a price per person?
No. These are workspace packages with included member limits. The package cards show how many members and connected accounts each plan supports.
How does annual billing work?
Annual packages are billed upfront. The annual option highlights “2 months free,” and each plan explains the saving against monthly billing. Checkout confirms the amount and currency before you pay.
Are local-currency prices the amount I will pay?
Local amounts are estimates for comparison. They are calculated from our USD package prices. Prices are shown automatically for your region where supported. These estimates do not change your billing currency or subscription. Checkout confirms your charge; exchange rates, fees and taxes may differ.
Can I connect more than one email account?
Yes, within your package’s connected-account allowance. Review the limits above for Personal, Professional and Business.
What happens after my trial?
Choose a paid plan to continue. The trial does not automatically move to a Free plan. You can review your subscription and available billing options in your signed-in workspace.
