1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and LUHOCH SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("LuHoCh", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using LuHoCh AI, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use LuHoCh for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation and connect its accounts and data.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms or applicable law. We may require email verification and apply reasonable security controls, including rate limits and lockouts.

4. Connected services and permissions

LuHoCh works only with accounts and communication channels that you choose to connect. You authorise us to access and process the information needed for the selected features. You must have the right to grant that access. You can disconnect a provider, revoke access through the provider, or request deletion as described on the data-deletion page.

5. Assistant outputs and confirmations

Automated classifications, summaries, suggested actions, and other assistant outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important information before relying on it. Where LuHoCh requests confirmation before a sensitive action, you are responsible for checking the target, content, timing, and consequences before confirming.

LuHoCh is a productivity service and does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • break applicable law or another person's rights;
  • access accounts or data without permission;
  • send spam, fraud, threats, malware, or abusive content;
  • circumvent security, usage limits, or provider restrictions;
  • interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised testing; or
  • use outputs or connected data to make unlawful or harmful decisions about individuals.

7. Third-party services

Connected services such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Meta WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gemini, email-delivery providers, and Stripe are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for a third-party service's independent acts, outages, policy changes, or data practices.

8. Plans and payment

New accounts receive a seven-day Personal trial without an automatic paid conversion. When the trial ends, service access pauses and you must choose an available paid plan to continue; LuHoCh does not automatically move the account to a Free plan. The price, currency, billing period, included usage, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be presented before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Indian law.

9. Ownership

We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Responsibility and liability

Each party remains responsible for losses it causes in accordance with applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This section does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction provided by applicable law, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
