Delete stored email content now

Open Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & data to delete processed email summaries, digest history, assistant state, pending email drafts, and pending calendar changes immediately. This keeps your LuHoCh account, rules, schedules, and connected accounts available.

1. Disconnect a connected account

  1. Sign in to LuHoCh AI.
  2. Open Dashboard → Connected accounts.
  3. Select the Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo connection you want to remove.
  4. Choose Disconnect and confirm.
  5. For additional control, open that provider's security settings and revoke LuHoCh access.

This removes the selected LuHoCh connection and makes its stored authorization credential unusable. Other LuHoCh account information remains available unless you request full deletion.

Disconnecting stops future access through this connection. It does not delete saved summaries, original mailbox emails or messages already delivered to WhatsApp, Slack or Teams.

2. Delete saved email content yourself

  1. Open Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & data.
  2. Choose Delete stored content.
  3. Review the scope, type DELETE EMAIL DATA and confirm.

This removes your processed-email records, digest history, assistant state, pending email drafts, pending calendar changes, action reminders and email tracking/undo history in the current workspace. Applied mailbox changes stay in place.

Your account, connections, rules, schedules, preferences and security activity remain. Future processing can create new records; disconnect the inbox first if you also want to stop access. This control does not recall chat messages, delete originals from your mailbox or immediately erase backups or AI-provider records. Other workspaces and full-account deletion are separate.

3. Request full account deletion

  1. Email uat@luhoch.ai from the email address registered to your LuHoCh account.
  2. Use the subject LuHoCh account deletion request.
  3. State that you want your LuHoCh account and associated personal data deleted.
  4. Do not send your password, OAuth tokens, app passwords, or payment-card information.

We may request a secure identity-verification step before deletion to prevent someone else from deleting your account. We will acknowledge, process, and report the outcome within timelines required by applicable law.

4. Information covered by a full deletion request

Subject to legal and technical limitations, deletion covers:

  • your LuHoCh profile, credentials, sessions, and onboarding preferences;
  • connected-account records and stored provider credentials;
  • email and calendar processing records controlled by LuHoCh;
  • rules, schedules, summaries, reminders, and assistant state;
  • WhatsApp, Slack and Microsoft Teams identity links and LuHoCh-controlled message records; and
  • subscription and usage records that are not required for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Limited information we may retain

We may retain the minimum information required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and maintain security and financial records. Deletion from encrypted backups may occur through the normal backup-expiry cycle. Retained information is restricted from ordinary product use and deleted or anonymised when the applicable reason or retention period ends.

6. Connected platforms

A LuHoCh deletion request covers information controlled by LuHoCh. It does not delete your Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or payment-provider account, nor information those providers independently control. Contact the relevant provider to exercise rights over its records. Disconnecting a messaging channel stops future delivery; messages already delivered remain subject to the provider’s and your organization’s retention controls.
