How LuHoCh uses your email data.
LuHoCh reads email bodies from your connected accounts to prepare summaries, priorities, actions and deadlines. Selected text is sent to Google Gemini after length limits and sensitive-pattern redaction are applied. Redaction can miss sensitive information.

The body limit applies to the cleaned text used for digest analysis, not the amount retrieved from your provider. Later text, quoted replies and signatures may be omitted. Review the original email before acting on a summary. Requested reply suggestions can use saved summaries and your instructions.
Connected-account identity and raw attachment files are excluded from email AI input. Where attachment analysis is enabled, supported text files contribute bounded, redacted excerpts that are discarded after analysis. This does not support every attachment format.

The retention periods above apply to saved processed-email content and digests. Cleanup runs when email processing starts; if processing stops, cleanup can be delayed. Deduplication records, security records, other saved actions and backups have separate lifecycles. Review retention details .
Exclude senders from future analysis
Add an email address or domain. New matching messages are excluded from classification, AI analysis, usage counting and future digests or notifications, and remain unread. LuHoCh may already have fetched the message to check it. Exclusions do not erase saved summaries or messages already delivered.
Delete stored email content
Removes processed email summaries, digest history, assistant state, pending email drafts, pending calendar changes, action reminders, and email tracking and undo history. Mailbox changes already applied in your email provider stay in place. Your LuHoCh account, rules, schedules, and provider connections remain.
Future checks and schedules can create new records. To stop access to an inbox, disconnect it in Connected accounts. Deletion here does not recall delivered messages or immediately erase backups or AI-provider records.
